Charles Sederholm (b. 1962), Chairman, Co-founder

Before Co-founding Ubisecure, Charles Sederholm was CEO of Capslock, Inc, CEO. Charles was also co-founder of Fimentor, Inc., providing BI and OLAP solutions and demanding web applications development services to industry. Exit 2006 when the company was sold to an IT-solutions company listed on HEX. Prior to that he was the Co-Founder, Managing Director and Chairman of Remtec Systems Ltd, pioneering in development of Industrial e-Services products. Remtec was acquired by Done Solutions Corporation in 2000 which then completed a succesful IPO. Before joining Remtec he worked as Head of Multimedia Communications Research Team, Project Manager and Researcher at TAI Research Centre (Institute of Industrial Automation) in Espoo, Finland.

Charles Sederholm holds a M.Sc. from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Petteri Stenius (b. 1970), Technology, Co-founder

Petteri was also co-founder of Fimentor, Inc., providing BI and OLAP solutions and demanding web applications development services to industry. Exit 2006 when the company was sold to an IT-solutions company listed on HEX. Before Co-founding Ubisecure, Petteri Stenius was Chief Architect at Done Information, Inc. Prior to that he was the Co-Founder and Chief Architect at Remtec Systems Ltd, pioneering in development of Industrial e-Services products, using XML-based technologies. Before that he worked as Security Software Development Engineer at Setec Oy, designing e-payment systems (now part of Gemplus). He has been a member and a contributing participant of the XML Digital Signature joint standardization group (DSIG) organized by IETF ancd W3C. He has been active in Liberty/SAML 2.0 standardization and interop issues.

Juha Remes (b. 1965), CEO

Before joining Ubisecure Juha Remes was Vice President of Professional Services and Sales for Valimo Wireless Ltd, focusing on wireless authentication and payment solutions. Before that Juha was Sales Director at World Access Finland of the US-based international Telecom and Internet services company, responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Prior to that he worked for ABB Group in Finland as well as in various Asian countries in various sales and marketing positions, his most recent position in ABB was the ABB group-wide global Team Leader for Chemical Oil & Gas (COG) products. In the past he also worked for Ekono Energy Ltd. as Regional Area Manager in South East Asian and Vietnam. Juha has also had board positions in several companies.

Jukka Kyheröinen (b. 1965), Sales Director

Before Joining Ubisecure, Jukka Kyheröinen was the CEO and Co-founder of Fimentor, Inc. Before that he was Key Account Manager at Done Information, Inc. Prior to that he was the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Remtec Systems Ltd. Before joining Remtec he worked as Researcher at TAI Research Centre (Institute of Industrial Automation) in Espoo, Finland.

Jukka Kyheröinen holds a M.Sc. from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Tomi Määttänen (b. 1973), Product Manager

Before joining Ubisecure, Tomi Määttänen was Product and Business Development Manager at Sininen Meteoriitti, providing CMS and development platforms for web-applications. Before that he was Product Manager for Ubilogin SSO at Ubisecure. Prior to that Tomi was Director for Mobile Services at Sunpoint Portal Services, responsible for both customer mobile services and enterprise mobile solutions. Prior to that he worked in System Integration and software development at Nokia Research Center. Before joining Nokia he worked as Development Manager at Markdata Oy delivering payment and POS solutions to the retail sector.

Tomi Määttänen holds a M.Sc. from the Helsinki University of Technology.
