Ubilogin eIDM

Ubilogin eIDM is an Identity Management solution that can be used to outsource the identity management of extranet service users to the companies and organizations using those services. It is no longer necessary for the service or content provider to manage the identities in their partner or customer network individually, as the organizations using those services can do it themselves.

Ubilogin eIDM is a complete extranet user identity management system, but has a unique approach in how to deal with a user or partner base that reaches hundreds, thousands or even millions in numbers.

A company that wishes to do business with a services provider has an administrative account in the Ubilogin eIDM. The administrative user can then create new identities within that organization or administrative unit. Thus the actual identity management is handled by the customers or partners themselves, dramatically reducing administration costs.

Ubilogin eIDM authorization relies on roles and attributes. The provider can utilize role based access control (RBAC) in their services and these services and roles are modeled in Ubilogin eIDM.

This enables the administrative user in the partner company to specifically authorize their employees to the provider services, not just create identities that can access the services.

Ubilogin eIDM also offers a unique way to deploy strong authentication to the external partners. Each created identity within the partner organization can be upgraded to an account that can utilize strong authentication in the form of a one-time-password list.

Ubilogin eIDM provides workflows for the end user for account requests, password list printing, disabling accounts and much more. The system has been built to minimize the cost of identity management for the provider company, and at the same time the design includes many helpful self-service functions.

All the actions performed within the Ubilogin eIDM system are logged systematically. This helps the provider company meet their regulatory requirements and audit demands.
