Johan has 30 years of experience in IT security working for companies such as Kredietbank, Platinum Technologies, Netscape Corporation, Sun Microsystems, RSA and ForgeRock. He started off in hands-on technical roles before moving into international sales leadership roles, helping start-ups to scale up.
Throughout the last 20 years, his common theme has been IAM (Identity and Access Management) which he saw evolve from a nice-to-have to become a foundational component for all organisations. This to better serve customers, employees and partners, making interactions more convenient and relevant whilst maintaining the appropriate levels of security.
