Ubisecure Customer IAM Survey 2017

In August 2017 Ubisecure conducted a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) survey. The participating organisations represented various industries from energy to retail, including government. System integrators delivering security and privacy solutions to their own customers participated as well. The survey presented 5 different claims on how organisations providing online services to their own customers and system integrators delivering these solutions and consulting services perceived the following themes:

  • Strong Authentication
  • The impact of CIAM on end-user experience and cost savings
  • GDPR

This survey, conducted in two separate events and online, represent the opinions of professionals and decision makers across multiple organisations on these subjects
